Hi Everyone,

The cold season is almost upon us. Time to watch for kapha imbalances: weight gain, slight congestion, excessive sleep, cravings for sweet and salty tastes, lethargy, sluggish appetite, constipation, cold hands and feet, depression, anxiety, etc. If you see these imbalances, follow a kapha balancing diet. Include some bitter taste every day. Exercise 3-4 times a week and make sure you sweat. Sweating reduces kapha and is an excellent preventive. Drink lots of hot water. Exercise is dehydrating and drinking more water than you think you do is best. Stay warm, maintain a good routine for meals, sleep, external oleation and drink an herbal tea of coriander, cumin and fennel seeds with organic fresh ginger.

Ginger is an excellent preventive for the winter, include it in your cooking, in herbal teas or just on its own. Cut a thin slice of fresh organic ginger, add a bit of lime juice on it and chew before a meal. This builds a hearty appetite and is an excellent digestive. Dry ginger and fresh organic ginger have very different properties and effects. Dry ginger sometimes causes constipation, while fresh ginger supports good elimination. Try this and see how it affects you.

TRANSFORMATIONAL BREAKTHROUGH WORKSHOP
November 16th, 2013 8:00 am

Have you found yourself asking the question, if only he / she would say this or do this or behave differently, it would be so much easier to love him / her?

Would you love to:

  • Integrate love in your current relationships
  • Dissolve past relationship issues
  • Neutralize fears, guilt and resentment
  • Deal with trauma or loss
  • Know your Self and see the perfection of your existence

If the answer is yes, read on..

The Demartini Method founded by world-renowned Dr. John F. Demartini and one of the teachers in the book "The Secret" is an interactive series of questions that breaks down lop sided perceptions to the point of certainty and gratitude.

The Method is:

A systematic pre-determined series of mental questions directed toward the objective of assisting you to feel present, certainty and gratitude.

A procedure that neutralizes your emotional charges, balances mental and physical reactions, opens the heart and clears the mind.

We start at 8 am and end when everyone in the class is done with their collapse. You begin with identifying the person you want to do the breakthrough on, usually the one currently in your life or in your past who pushes your buttons the most. The teacher guides the group through answering specific questions that help you with self-reflection, the benefits or drawbacks of the traits you think you would like to change about them. Completing the process brings certainty and gratitude for the person, no matter what they did or did not do. You reach the realization of how something or someone has always been on your way and not in your way towards you achieving your own goals and vision. You work with a worksheet on your own, at your own pace.

Please be prepared to stay until everyone is done. It usually takes about 5-6 hours. There are no breaks, you take your own break, bring some snacks if you need to.

It is the most loving thing you can do for yourself or for the people in your life, to love them unconditionally and live according to your highest values.

I have over the years helped many, many people shift perceptions of right and wrong, good and bad, mean and kind, selfish and generous... labels that run our lives. Completing the process brings grace, opens your heart to the perfection that is before you and propels you to honor your own true values.

Cost of the class: $ 145.00 early bird until November 10th ( $185.00 regular registration)
